The Denver Country Club is a prestigious neighborhood centrally located within the City and County of Denver with its north boundary of 4th Avenue to 1st Avenue on the south, University Boulevard. on the east and Downing on the west.
The Denver Country Club subdivision offers some of Denver's most spectacular and luxurious historic mansions. Many homes were built in the 1910's to the 1920's on quarter acre lots for Denver's economic and political elite citizens. The typical home is a two story with full brick or stucco construction offering more than 5,000 finished square feet of living area. Most homes have been extensively up-dated to include gourmet kitchens and extensive designer features.
